How We Stack Up

Our Mattress Buying Guide

We get it. It's weird. You’re getting overwhelmed with all of these bed companies popping up on campus. We feel you – it’s weird that four came up at the same time. We also understand that it’s hard to tell the differences between them, that’s why we thought we’d help you out with a handy mattress buying guide.

Our Values

Sustainability

There isn't a single specialized mattress recycler in Vermont. Partnering with roomie, Middorm has committed to creating zero foam waste. With us, you can rest guilt-free.

Risk-free

We know you'll love the bed. That's why we let you try it for 30 days risk free.

Customer-driven

Moving is stressful. It's our job to make that easier. With Middorm, we take care of everything, you just need to open the door.

Conscious

We're lucky to go to school at a school like Midd, but 16.3% of our neighbors live below the poverty line. We feel it's our duty to give back.

Our Mattress

We get all of our furniture from our partner company, roomie. Roomie rents and sells furniture to college students nationwide. These products have been tested by more than 5,000 college students at campuses nationwide.

Sustainability

We've declared war on foam toppers. Virtually every foam topper brought to Middlebury ends up in the landfill. Not only are these toppers hated by landfill operators for not compressing easily / not decomposing well, but cheap polyeurethane foam can also create health risks. All of our foam is Certi-PUR US and is properly recycled at the end of its life, so you can rest safely and guilt-free.

Rest well, feel good.

We want to use our position to give back to our community. That's why a portion of every purchase is donated to the Charter House Coalition to provide food, shelter, and comfort to those in need.
